1. The final dates of all the races shall be announced 3 ~10 days before the scheduled dates , subject to the actual weather conditions.
2. All the races shall be closed 24 hours soon after the first pigeon clocked in.
3. In the event that there are less than 10 pigeons clocked in within 24 hours after the first pigeon, then the results shall be deemed invalid and the allocated prize money shall be equally shared among all those pigeons that have been basketted in the respective races.
4. In the event that there are more than 10 pigeons clocked in within 24 hours after the first pigeon, but the numbers were not sufficient to claim all the prize money allocated, then the balance prize money left shall be equally shared among all those winning pigeons in the respective races.
5. Except those winning pigeons, all the other pigeons must take part in the subsequent ace pigeons racing organized by CRPIC.
6. The final ranking of the ace pigeons racing shall be based on the best 4 rounds’ results out of all.

Others
1. The organizer shall be strictly abided by and follow the latest and audited version of the racing pigeon rules set forth by the Chinese Racing Pigeon Association.
2. All the participating pigeon must wear the official 2010 ring fully recognized by its own country or region.
3. All the youngsters must be above 30 days’ old, and already being vaccinated against the Paramyxo virus.
4. Each participant who send 2 pigeons to the race is entitled to send one reserved pigeon as well.
5. The participant is allowed to replace the registration fees with the pigeons send for the 15th race for those paid pigeons not returning home or dead on the 14th race by the end of collection period.
6. Refund shall be given for those reserved pigeons paid, but not listed in the semi final race.
7. Payment of 70 euro registration fees per bird is required when the pigeons are collected. The participant is only required to pay for the Group B entry fees (200 euro each) for their remaining pigeons in the loft after stock check. Soon after the 100km training toss, the participant can evaluate their own pigeons then choose to pay for the entry fees for Group A.
8. Those pigeons participating in Group B but not Group A, could be activated by the interested third parties. However, the ownership still goes to the original pigeon owner, who shall also be entitled to the Group B prize money and the auction money paid.
9. The prize money and also the auction money for all the unpaid pigeons (where the owner never pay for the entry fees) shall belong to the interested third parties who activated those pigeons.
10. The pigeons which were not being paid on time shall be segregated and not allowed to join the other pigeons after stock check.
11. Any interested third party who wishes to activate a pigeon during the semi race is allowed to do so by paying the management fees of 200 euro per pigeon.
12. After the training tosses, the owner must submit complete pedigrees for their remaining pigeons in order to facilitate the production of the Auction Book, as well as to demonstrate the credibility of the race organized.
13. All the winning pigeons include ace pigeons must be auctioned after the Final Race, where 50% of the auction money belongs to the owner, and the other 50% shall be contributed to the CRPIC development fund.
14. The representative appointed by FCI or 5 participants who have been drawn by public ballot 20 days before the Final Race, are allowed to visit CRPIC loft for on-site monitoring at any time. CRPIC shall provide them with complimentary food and accommodation during the monitoring period.
15. During the Final Race, the participant and his immediate family member who have sent more than 10 pigeons would be provided with the complimentary food & double room accommodation in the local five stars hotel.
16. To promote the healthy development and also fair operation of one loft race, 90% of the income collected from the entry fees shall be paid out as prize money.
17. Should there be any last minutes’ changes or cancellation of the race due to unforeseen circumstances, the final disposition shall come from the respective authority in order to govern and protect both the organizer and also all the participants’ full rights and interests.
18. The winners of prize money should be responsible for the income tax incurred where applicable.
19. The pigeon owners, who have submitted their pigeons to CRPIC shall deem to have understood, accepted and also abided by all the Rules and Regulations stipulated herein.
20. Any other matters not covered herein would be announced or published on our website and/or by subsequent short messages’ notices, kindly pay due attention to them accordingly.
